All products, including framed prints, canvases, bags, cards and phone cases, are made to order. As such, slight variations in colour and finish may occur.

3. Order Acceptance

A contract between you and nataliejbath is formed once your order confirmation email is sent.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of purchase.

5. Production & Shipping

All items are produced on demand. Production and shipping times vary depending on the product and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

7. Returns & Refunds

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

8. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

All artwork remains the intellectual property of nataliejbath. Purchase of a product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, nataliejbath shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
